Design to me is a mix of Art, Science, Imagination and Inspiration with a dash of one's own personality! It is about telling a story through Form, Function and Graphics. I believe that the only honest outcome to a design problem is simple yet elegant.
Born and raised in India, I come from a cultural background that is rooted in traditional, yet liberal values and ideas. With a passion for all things art and design, I completed my undergraduate studies in Applied Arts from Sophia Polytechnic, India and pursued my graduate studies in Design from Portfolio Center, USA. My work experience ranges from being a Designer at a Brand Consultancy to a Multinational Advertising Firm. In addition, I have lead several independent app, website and branding projects and collaborated with well established firms and brands.
With due time and experience, I aspire to collaborate with people with diverse skill sets towards bringing a positive social change. Issues close to my heart include Health, Education, Wildlife Preservation, Food Conservation, Care for Seniors, Green Design and Sustainability
